Items ordered in error will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we will not refund the shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is 10%. Any product being returned to us must have an RMA form included. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after your package has been delivered for the refund to be issued to your account. This does not include days that your item is in transit. If any item is intended to be used with food and you need to return it (within the 30 days return period), please clean it, thoroughly. Failure to do this could result in an additional 10% restocking fee. Things that void a warranty and further business with us are physical abuse of the item, improper use, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.
